The staff were very friendly and eager to help.
The buffet style breakfast was poor. There was very little choice and quantity of food on display and the presentation could have been better.

The hotel was terrific. The location was great, near downtown with plenty of options for entertainment. One of the best things about it was that it had a great breakfast. Also, it had a wonderful swimming pool and sauna that I loved.
The room I was in was outdated and the décor wasn't great. The staff seemed a bit uninterested in being there, but they did warm up as the trip went on. It wasn't terrible, but just not as welcoming as I would have liked.

It's located in a convenient area that only takes a few minutes to walk to the metro and is close to various office districts. the hotel's atrium has a classy and elegant design, and the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and free Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool and sauna, and the breakfast menu offers delicious options, including Northern cuisine specialties and freshly prepared dishes.
The common areas have an aura of sadness, and the staff may not be up to their job.
